In April 2007, teams from the insurance industry competed head-to-head in a 100km race across the Sahara Desert to raise funding for The Prince’s Trust organised by ATD CSR.

The winning team was Allianz lead by Team Director Paul Maidment followed by the Bollington Group led by Operations Director Philip Jones.
