Connecting the corporate with charity!

Across the Divide brings businesses, the community and charities together.

'Engaging and worthwhile projects for team development through Corporate Social Responsibility'

Businesses are increasingly looking to the wider community to meet their developmental needs and social aims.

This has created a significant demand in using community and environmental projects for teambuilding and development programmes. A demand that Across the Divide is very well placed to meet.

Projects:

Across the Divide Projects has many years of experience of working with both companies and charities, organising fundraising events, charity treks and bike rides on average facilitating the raising of over £4 million per annum.

The spectrum of projects available includes environmental, community, working with the elderly, working with the young and working with disadvantaged groups, both in the UK and overseas.

Projects could include creating a sensory garden, giving a ‘facelift’ to a play area, developing a wildlife area or building a path. The choice available is far reaching.

How you use the project is up to. Within a conference, it may be part of the ‘break out’ process. Within a team build it may be the central theme or designed to support the strategy element of the programme. For an away day, it may be what the day is all about. We will work with you to tailor and design the project to meet your needs.

Finding the projects

It is through our network of carefully selected project partners that we are able to guarantee high quality, sustainable projects. We do not make up projects for the sake of running projects. By working with our network, both in the UK and overseas, we provide local projects that address real needs, are of real value and will be supported and maintained for the long term.
