Typically the stages in providing a CSR project solution will look something like this:
....................................................................................................... Stage One - defining aims and objectives

The ATD Projects Manager will work with you to help identify your requirements and clarify the aims of your programme. They will also work with you to identify the theme for the project i.e. environmental or community and other logistical criteria, e.g. location.
....................................................................................................... Stage Two - project sourcing and selection

When your requirements, aims and project boundaries have been established we will then initiate the Project Sourcing. The result from the sourcing is a 'long list' of potential projects and your ATD Project Manager will assist the you in identifying your 'top 3' choices. The project Manager will then conduct site visits, where each project is assessed for its suitability, sustainability and a full risk assessment is completed. The Stage concludes with a discussion about the suitability of all three projects and a Selection decision is made.
....................................................................................................... Stage Three - project preparation & design

In order to maximise the experience of the day, our Project Manager takes responsibility for the project preparation. This includes specifics such as task identification, technical support, catering needs and equipment sourcing.
....................................................................................................... Stage Four - project delivery

Project delivery will commence with a safety briefing from the ATD project staff and from then on as much ownership as possible is passed over to the team. Staff structure is dependent on numbers and are normally the Project Manager / Lead Facilitator being supported by a team of Support Trainers / Technicians at a ratio of one to every 10 delegates, depending on the project choice.

The event is likely to conclude with entire group being brought together for final focussed review.
